So I woke up yesterday and could eat what ever I wanted to and not get fat or sick.  HAHA April Fools.

I have fallen off the wagon a bit lately.  But am back on track now and ready to do this!

Last weeks lunches where Salads.  This weeks lunches will more than likely be salads also.  I have a wedding to go to in 6 weeks and I don't want to look like a beached whale. 

We have been following the Dash Diet lately.  Its mostly Veggies and no rice, potatoes, bread and low fat/salt. 

For me the biggest thing I have given up is Sauce.  I love Sauce.  I love sauce on everything.  Oh and Tortilla's they are not found on any page in the First Phase of the Dash Diet.  Phase II has a few more things on the list. 

Now I havn't  given up all sauces.  David is still making me the salad dressing that I Love. 

Not sure on the calorie count for the GF Salmon patties.   I added some blue cheese to the lettuce, onions and tomato salad which ups the calorie count but also ups the satisfaction factor.
